Dr. Jung

Hi there, I’m Dr. Seungmin “Thomas” Jung, founder of LBM Studio.

Before becoming a physical therapist, I trained as a violinist and violist.  After years of rigorous musical journey, I experienced firsthand how pain and stress can build up and interfere with what you love to do. This ultimately inspired me to pursue physical therapy— to learn about my body and to help others find their way back to comfort, confidence, and wellness.

With expertise in orthopedics and geriatrics, I work primarily with Korean-speaking elderly, professionals with repetitive stress injuries, and others who have health goals. My approach blends remedial manual therapy, dry needling, and therapeutic movements to curate treatments that fit you.

My passion lies in promoting longevity and health. My goal is to help you better understand and align with your body, so you can keep doing what matters.  Whether you prefer care in your home or online, I bring my therapies to you.

Outside of my clinical work, I like to row on my machine, dive into pain science research, practice my viola, listen to podcasts, or unwind with some good TV or gaming.

Dr. Shu

Dr. Shu has proclaimed co-ownership of LBM Studio.

She wants to help everyone feel their best and also has a personal goal of doing everything Dr. Jung does, but better in every-way. She has a spunky personality, though she’s just a tiny bit insecure about her lisp.

In her free time, Dr. Shu enjoys working with more clients than Dr. Jung, drawing, traveling, looking at real estate on Redfin, blogging, baking, dreaming about her future boutique clinic, and going to Comic-Cons.
